St. John's Diocesan School functions under the aegis
of the Diocese of Calcutta, Church of North India. The
Diocese of Calcutta has already completed 190 years of
service to the community. The Church of North India
has recently celebrated its 35th anniversary. Other
than education both academic and vocational, the
Diocese plays a very vital role in their social
scenario with many old age homes, schools for the less
privileged and seva clinics to its credit. The Diocese
is headed by The Rt. Revd. P.S.P. Raju, Bishop of
Calcutta.
